Shri Singamala Venkata Ramanaiah Joined in the Govt.banking sector on 2nd Apr 1987.
He worked for 10 years in AP scheduled welfare association, S / 16,Kadapa District, also continuing his services in Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank welfare association
With his desire of making awareness in the society towards Social Justice and HumanRights, founded and established Human Rights Conservation Council of India on 6 th September2018.
He is organising many social awareness camps in different sectors.
